An original way to put the message through. I also liked the princess representing ignorance, which is a huge problem these days. People just don't seem to care anymore. You've put an important message through, and it's a shame such a lot of people have completely missed the point. The graphics were funny, and the general quality was quite good. Keep up the good work.

"Amazing"

The Another Day series is proof that the best animations don't need action, violence or gore. Personally, I feel that each of the Another Day animations are a little masterpiece, and this is every bit as good as the others. The relaxed atmosphere and the unique mood, combined with truly skilled animation, makes a memorable experience. The music is very good, suiting the style of the animation perfectly.

When I watch Another Day, I get a feeling of happiness and sadness, both at the same time. You reach out in a way few other artists manage to do. Thank you for creating such an astonishing work. I am truly grateful.

"Utterly horrible"

No, I'm not being sarcastic. This flash is horrible, yes, in fact it's so horrible it comes out on the other side and becomes good. I can only assume it was made for the purpose of being horrible, at any rate I find it hilarious, BECAUSE it's so bad. It's both a disaster and a miracle wrapped in flash.

"Interesting"

You've got some style, that's for sure. The way the figures were animated was very fluid, nicely done. The colors were, well, pretty. The sound is all right, but the crackling sound when the cursed guy speaks just gets annoying. The storyline is very simple, but I choose to focus not on the story but on the graphics, which are, although simple, quite well done.

All in all, not a bad submission.

"Amazing"

This is an outstanding piece of work, which I have played uncountable times.

The graphics are simple, but good. They suit the game's slightly weird and funny atmosphere, and are very smooth. The music fits in nicely with the general feeling of the game, good choice. The jumping sound is a bit too sharp and mechanical, but apart from that the sounds are great. Overall good work.

And now for what brings me back again and again - the gameplay. I do enjoy a good action adventure, and this is one of the best here on newgrounds. It's medium-paced jump and fight action is great, a lot of games of this type become either too slow and tedious or too fast and stressful. Lord of the Stars is just right speed-wise, though. The "level-up" system is masterfully executed, although I think being constantly able to change your equipment/stats isn't such a great idea - checkpoints where you could do that would be nice, or allowing it only on a level up. The system in itself is very good though, giving you full control of how your character develops. The combos are very well done, going over fluidly, and being, like the rest of the game, very good looking. Having both meelee and ranged attacks is nice, too.

Overall, this is a smooth, pleasant and above all fun game. The characters are at times hilarious (the princess' ranged attack always makes me laugh), and are always funny. The game has humor, charm and that special something that makes you come back for more again and again. I congratulate you on making this masterpiece, and thank you for the hours of fun I've had playing it.

"Story mode bugged"

Well, the game is as good as it was when it first showed up, but the story mode seems to be bugged bigly. It seems to jump between levels at random (e.g. I got the ending after the first battle with alloy, whilst losing that battle and pressing bail sent me straight to the last level). Other than that, great work on the hank and the nevada level.

Truly an outstanding game. Solid work from start to end.

I found a rather serious bug though. When using the UMP as primary and shotgun as backup, I could get instant reload and 17 ammo for the shotgun. When pressing R to reload when using the shotgun, it would suddenly switch to the basic pistol. By switching to the UMP and then back to the shotgun I got the shotgun back, with 17 ammo.

Very good game, however, some minor changes would improve it greatly:

- The music stops midrace. Make it loop, or add an option to turn it off.
- Add different music for the different tracks. The music was nice, but it gets old after a while.
- When you say "Customaizable ships", I expect somewhat more than just being able to choose the color.

Apart from that, great game. If you ever decide to make a second, here are some things I'd like to see:

- Championships, where you can unlock new ships and weapons etc.
- A shop where you can purchase new ships you have unlocked and upgrade them.
- Mountable weapons in addition to the random pick-ups, like having a machine gun mounted and being to pick up secondary weapons.
- Ship damage, not neccesarily making them destructible, but reducing their stats.

This could have been a good game, the potential is definetively there, however, the bugs drag it way down. I keep falling through walls, and the game is horribly choppy. If it had played properly it would have been a good game.

Graphics - Simple, but suitable.

Style - 10 points and beyond. Frickin' awesome.

Sound - Nice music, and interesting sound effects.

Interactivity - Pushing buttons is FUN!

Humor - Plenty funny. I love the deviousness of your mind.
